Team Formation Preliminary Study prior to working Team
The Team Formation process is being revised to insure that all Cursillistas have the initial “Cursillo Literature” available for those who wish to work as a Weekend Team Member.
This material gives current explanations of “the WHY”. We are doing things differently from the way we may have experienced them on our weekend or working other Weekend Teams. This study is to ensure that all cursillistas selected to work a team have a common understanding of the movement and the weekend to enter into the team formation sessions.
Over the past several years we have been reducing the number of team members. This continued reduction of team members may result that you are asked to give more than one talk on a weekend.
The following material is to be read and “signed off”and then a copy forwarded to
Weekend Chairperson on the secretariat. The current weekend chairperson is:
